This is a PDF File/digital download of M. Pillet, NOT a paper pattern!
This sweet antique sampler came to me from Paris, France. The original was stitched entirely in red silk thread, with the exception of the "e" and "t" in the stitcher's last name. I charted the sampler identically to the antique. It is worked with cross stitches over two threads of linen and back stitches. I used 36-Count Beige Linen from Weeks Dye Works and Needlepoint Silks. Our frame was custom made at our local craft store.
Stitch Count: 113 wide by 112 high
Needlepoint Silks used: 635, 861
As always a conversion to DMC is provided.
