Both were stitched on 36-count Beige linen from Weeks Dye Works using Needlepoint Silks over two threads of linen.  Cross stitches over one thread of linen are used in the girls' faces.  Backstitching and French Knots were also used.\n\nThe stitch count for each (not including the heart outline) is 44 wide by 72 high.\n\nNeedlepoint Silks used are:  184, 208, 694, 857, 861, 867, 912, 953, 991B, and 993.  As always, a conversion to DMC is provided.\n\nOur hearts were trimmed with Dames of the Needle, From the Cauldon, rick rack in the color \"Toasted Merringue\".
